Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at DOUBLES ALLEY CO. If you are unhappy with an item, we offer store credit if an item is unused and returned within the first 15 days of your purchase. The item must be unworn, and in the same condition as it was received in order to be accepted and receive store credit.

If 15 days has passed since your purchase or if your item is not in the same new condition, you will not be offered store credit or a refund of any kind. 

If your returned item(s) follow all requirements and are accepted, then you will receive an email that contains your store credit ID.

How to Return:

• Email doublesalleyco@gmail.com & include the item name & size of the item you plan to return
• We will respond with the return address and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us
• Please allow 5-8 business days for the return to be received and processed
• We will then email you with your store credit refund code

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges at this time, but you are welcome to purchase the correct size in a new order if the item is still available!
